1. Data Protection

1.1 Any and all data obtained by us through your usage of this website will be held in absolute confidence.

1.2 All information that you provide must be accurate and complete. Any passwords entered by you are exclusive to your account and must be treated as strictly confidential.

1.3 Password and account facilities may be altered and withdrawn at our discretion.

1.4 You must treat your account as strictly confidential and subject to usage by the account holder (you) only. Under no circumstances must you allow anyone other than you to access your account.

1.5 We reserve the right at our discretion to cancel your account facilities at any time.

1.6 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details you provide secure but, unless we are negligent, we accept no responsibility or liability for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

1.7 We will not store on file any credit or debit card information under any circumstances.

2. Purchases

2.1 Any and all purchases made at our website are subject to our terms and conditions.

2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

2.3 Purchases on our website may be initialized by clicking “add to cart” on each individual item page.

2.4 By confirming your purchase after reviewing your shopping cart your order will be subject to acceptance by us at all times.

2.5 Acceptance of your order and the completion of your contract with us will occur upon despatch of your item from our business outlet. We reserve the right not to accept your order at our discretion.

2.6 Any mistake or cancellation by you of your order must be made to us prior to despatch to avoid any additional costs of return.

2.7 Confirmation of your website order will be sent via email to your registered email address provided.

2.8 If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to see if you want your order to be placed on back order or your order cancelled and refunded.

2.9 Any and all order shortages or mistakes must be notified to us within a reasonable time of acceptance of goods under all circumstances.

3. Payment

3.1 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.

3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. Any pricing misprint on this site is not intentional and is not a commitment to the said price. We do our best to keep our catalog up to date and accurate at the time of uploading. 

3.3 In the unlikely event that we cannot supply goods for whatever reason, you will be informed of this as soon as possible and a full refund will apply if you have already paid for the goods.

3.4 Terms and conditions for payments made by “PayPal” can be found at their website. Hydra International Corp. Inc. is not responsible for the content of external websites however linked.

3.5 All credit/debit card transactions are accepted at our discretion and accepted under strict confidentiality.

3.6 We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, credit card, wire transfer, PayPal, Cheque or Payment directly into our bank account.

3.7 If you do not wish to pay online, credit card payment information may be given over the telephone.

3.8 All transactions may be subject to checks by a registered Credit Reference Agency prior to acceptance. Any checks will only be done to confirm your identity and will not affect your credit rating under any circumstances. 

3.9 Credit Card Security - When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment gateways servers. We do not see your pin number.

3.10 We take full payment using your selected payment method at time of sale. We do not under any circumstances accept part-payments and are under no obligations to reserve stock for any period due to failed payment.

3.11 All prices are quoted in US Dollar and include sales tax where applicable unless stated otherwise. 

4. Delivery

4.1 We ship internationally and we will only ship to delivery destinations as outlined upon checkout.

4.2 Hydra ship orders to every corner of the globe, from small orders to large wholesale orders. Since arrangements vary depending on size of the order, location and timing, please contact us for the most efficient and economical means of shipping your order.

4.3 Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or Other Tracked service. Actual Shipping cost will be billed at the time of shipment. You pay only the actual freight cost necessary to get the order delivered to you. We do not mark up the freight costs, nor do we charge packaging and handling charges like many other online firms. We want you to be satisfied with our product, our service and our low cost shipping because we value your business and want you to come back again.

4.4 All hazardous shipments are subject to an additional handling charge. We reserve the right to ship partial shipments. Payments of partial shipments are due according to invoice terms.

4.5 All orders sent via courier must be accepted with a signature upon delivery under all circumstances unless you instruct as to “leave safe”. Goods left without signature at the customer’s request are at the customer's own risk.

4.6 The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 24 hours after delivery to the buyer.

4.7 Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed to be conclusive evident of the buyers acceptant of these conditions.

4.8 Upon receipt of shipment, please check for external or internal damage and for correct quantities. Make a note of any damage on the freight bill. Keep all original packaging for freight company inspection and give us a call immediately to arrange for replacement.

4.9 Tracking information will be provided via email for courier deliveries (where you have supplied an email address) once your order has been processed. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed.

4.10 Goods will only be deemed as lost if 
         a) we cannot locate them through tracking 
         b) 
items fail to arrive within 10 working days of initial despatch.

4.11 Any goods deemed as lost will be replaced subject to varying delivery timescales.

4.12 We are not obliged to provide delivery details and as such all delivery information is supplied at our discretion only.

4.13 Bulk orders and other large items may be despatched using a dedicated pallet delivery service.

4.14 Please ensure you are able to accept delivery of pallets prior to making your order as specified above.

4.15 We ensure all items are despatched in the condition specified in the listing and are packed suitably in all cases by our dedicated handling staff.

4.16 Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver your item within the specified time or, if no date has been agreed, (within a reasonable time from the date of your order). However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will deliver your items as soon as is reasonably possible. 

4.17 You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit and ten working days if lost so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

4.18 You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

4.19 You must ensure you provide us with correct delivery address, email and telephone number details prior to despatch. Failure to do so may result in items being returned to us. You will be liable for re-delivery charges should this occur in all circumstances.

4.20 Extended area surcharges may apply to certain overseas locations. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges prior to despatch, and will duly inform the customer. You will be given the rightful option to cancel or proceed with the order in these circumstances.

5. Security & Privacy

  • Users shall not use unencrypted end-user messaging services such as instant messaging, emails or chat to send account details like credit card or debit card information. Such information shall not be sent if a certified encryption tool is not available.
  • External network devices like mobile phones, PDAs, tablets, USB flash drives, laptops, modems, wireless and remote-access technologies are prohibited from using within the Hydra cardholder data environments (CDE).
  • Sensitive data like the credit or debit cardholder name and number shall not be stored in external storage devices, namely hard disk drives, memory sticks, or any other external storage media. Storage of such sensitive data must only be done under the supervision of the Security Officer using proper encryption tools.
  • All personnel employed here at Hydra are responsible for safekeeping of its valuable assets especially confidential customer information. Any activity deemed suspicious or suspected breach in Hydra’s security must be promptly reported to the concerning Security Officer.
  • All documents concerning credit and debit card information must be securely locked away.

6. Return Policy

6.1 RETURNS Merchandise ordered incorrectly will be accepted for credit provided it is returned within 30 days, freight prepaid, undamaged in its original package, and in saleable condition. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must have prior authorization and are subject to a 15% restocking charge; more for "non-stock" or special order items. No return will be accepted without a Hydra International Corp. Inc. invoice number, ship date and Return Authorization number. DO NOT write addresses or Return Authorization numbers on the outside of the manufacture’s boxes as products must be in resalable to receive credit. Package all returns to prevent damage in transit. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with a refused order.

6.2 All returns must be sent to Hydra International Corp. Inc., The Pinnacle Building, 3455 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30326.

6.3   Items Damaged in Transit
         a) If any items have been damaged in transit we ask that you report it to us immediately upon receipt of the goods.
         b) We may ask for photographic evidence so we can take it up with the courier.
         c) We will issue a replacement item or refund the full value of your item damaged via your original method of payment.

6.4 Items Faulty on Arrival  

      a) If your items turn out to be faulty on arrival then we also ask that you let us know immediately via our contact form, email or customer service hotline.
      b) Items should be returned in their original packaging with any accompanying documentation or accessories.
      c) If we can verify the fault at our end then we will issue a replacement to be sent out the very same day.
      d) We can also issue a full refund if you wish and your payment will be returned via your original payment method.
      e) We will analyze return goods and if they prove not faulty then we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the return transit costs.

6.5 Wrong Item Received / Item Not Received

       a) If your delivery is incorrect for any reason i.e. an item has been missed from your order or you have received the wrong item then we will automatically replace or refund your item at your request.
       b) If you require a refund then you must inform us immediately and not open any of the packets themselves.
       c) We will then ask you to return the goods and upon arrival at our office we will refund you via your original payment method.
       d) If you have not received an item we will send this out the very next day working day with free delivery.

6.6 Other Returns

No other return of goods will be accepted.

6.7 Product specifically Excluded for return:-

Non-standard products-including special and systems made for specific project.

6.8 All returns will be subject to our scrutiny prior to refund or exchanges being made.

6.9 Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from receiving the item 

7. Trade Descriptions, Liability and Additional Requirements

7.1 Every care has been taken to describe and display our products accurately. Variations may occur in both design and specification as the manufacturers upgrade, improve or re-issue their products. We accept no responsibility for minor changes in design subject to these conditions.

7.2 All sizes, dimensions and measurements are approximate and are given as accurately as possible.

7.3 US law applies to all transactions.

7.4 Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

7.5 All completed purchases are deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.

7.6 No employee of Hydra International Corp. Inc. is authorized to waive, alter or re-determine our terms and conditions in any way.

7.7 In relation to intellectual property you acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials, products and content made available to you as part of our website shall remain at all times vested in us, our suppliers and our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, use or share any of this material whatsoever unless expressly authorized or permitted in writing by us.

7.8 Any authorized items or images obtained from our website may be used for non-commercial use only. Any other usage of such by you is strictly prohibited and you have no permission whatsoever to pass-on any of our images, material, content or other such intellectual property to any third-party for whatever use under any circumstances. All breaches of said terms will be subject to prosecution where applicable.

7.9 Any recommendations or suggestions relating to the use of any product by the company or its employees are given in good faith but the buyer must satisfy himself as to the suitability of the goods for his own particular purpose and all representations statements or warranties made or given by the seller its servants or agents (whether orally or in writing or in any of the sellers brochures catalogues and advertisements) regarding the quality and fitness or purpose of the goods or any of the goods are excluded.

7.10 Failure to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here may result in breach of contract.

7.11 These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

7.12 None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

7.13 These conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order confirmation or order or similar document.

7.14 All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase goods pursuant to these conditions.

8. Modifications of Contract

No Terms, Conditions or Understanding other than those stated herein, oral or written, in any way purporting to modify these terms and conditions, whether contained in buyers purchase order or elsewhere, shall be binding on us unless made in writing and signed by an officer of Hydra International Corp. Inc. No salesperson or other representative of this company has any authority to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions.

9. Warranty Policy

All products distributed by Hydra International Corp. Inc. carry the manufacturer’s warranty only.
